Bidding for July 26, 2025

We are excited to announce that the bidding process for hosting the July 26, 2025, celebration is officially OPEN.

Any organization(s), groups, and/or individuals interested in bidding should please provide the following requisites in their bidding letter:

1. Facilities: Tentative booking and addresses for the following venues:
   • A hall for the Friday welcome program
   • A hall for the Saturday highball event
   • A football field for Saturday games
   • A park or venue for Sunday’s barbecue
2. Financial Plan: Provide details on how your organization intends to finance the program and specify the level of support required from ULOUK.
3. Committee Formation: Include evidence of an organizing committee already established by your organization. This committee should be prepared to collaborate with ULOUK immediately upon winning the bid.

Additionally, please note that only registered members who are financially up-to-date with ULOUK will be considered for the bidding process.

This is a wonderful opportunity to showcase your organization’s capabilities and leadership within the community. We encourage all interested parties to start their preparations now. Should you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact us.
