    AGM 2026

We are pleased to inform you that the Annual General Meeting (AGM) of ULOUK will be held on Saturday, March 21, 2026. The AGM provides a valuable opportunity for us to come together as a unified community—reflecting on our collective achievements, evaluating our challenges, and shaping a shared vision for the year ahead. This year’s meeting will be particularly significant, as it will include the election of a new Executive and AGM Team. These leadership roles are vital to the continued advancement of our organisation, and we encourage members to consider how their skills, experience, and passion can contribute to strengthening ULOUK’s mission and impact. Further information regarding the venue, agenda, nomination procedures, and the electoral process will be communicated shortly. In the meantime, all members are encouraged to prepare accordingly and engage actively in the upcoming activities. Your continued support, participation, and commitment remain central to the growth and success of our community. We look forward to meaningful discussions, constructive engagement, and the presence of every member at the AGM. Thank you once again for your dedication to ULOUK. Warm regards,Dr. Emmanuel D.
